Male stattfinden. Auch ein Grund um uns mit den Alt Ford Freunden frischen Wind in die Veranstaltung zu holen. Sie werden ab sofort das Event mit uns zusammen gestalten. Burn Out, laute Musik und das Hochdrehen der Motoren wird nicht geduldet und hat den unverz\u00fcglichen Ausschlu\u00df zur Folge. Die Teilnehmer (Fahrer, Beifahrer, Eigent\u00fcmer und Halter) nehmen auf eigene Gefahr an der Vernstaltung teil. Sie tragen die alleinige zivil- und strafrechtliche Verantwortung f\u00fcr alle von ihnen oder durch die von ihnen benutzten Fahrzeuge verursachten Sch\u00e4den. Die Teilnehmer (Fahrer, Beifahrer, Eigent\u00fcmer und Halter) verzichten f\u00fcr sich und ihre Angeh\u00f6rigen f\u00fcr jeden im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung eventuell erlittenen Schaden oder Unfall auf das Recht des Vorgehens oder R\u00fcckgriffs gegen den Veranstalter, sowie deren Beauftragte, Helfer und anderen Personen, die mit der Durchf\u00fchrung der Veranstaltung in Verbindung stehen. Der Veranstalter beh\u00e4lt sich weiterhin das Recht vor, alle durch h\u00f6here Gewalt, aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden oder von den Beh\u00f6rden angeordneten \u00c4nderungen vorzunehmen, ohne irgendwelche Schadensersatzpflichten zu \u00fcbernehmen. Der Veranstalter ist berechtigt, Personen und\/oder Fahrzeuge, die wider dieser Teilnahmebedingungen handeln, oder anderweitig den geregelten Ablauf der Veranstaltung behindern, des Gel\u00e4ndes zu verweisen bzw. diese vom Gel\u00e4nde entfernen zu lassen. Mit Abstellen des Fahrzeuges gibt der\/die Fahrer\/in folgende Verzichtserkl\u00e4rung ab: Ich erkl\u00e4re mit der Wirkung f\u00fcr den\/die Eigent\u00fcmer\/in des Fahrzeuges den Verzicht auf Anspr\u00fcche aller Art f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den,\u00a0 die im Zusammenhang mit dem Classic-Ford-Event-NRW stehen und zwar gegen die Veranstalter und alle anderen Personen, die mit der Organisation der Veranstaltung in Verbindung stehen. Der Haftungsverzicht gilt f\u00fcr Anspr\u00fcche aus jeglichem Rechtsgrund, insbesondere sowohl f\u00fcr Schadensersatzanspr\u00fcche aus vertraglicher als auch au\u00dfervertraglicher Handlung. Stillschweigende Haftungsausschl\u00fcsse bleiben von vorstehender Verzichtserkl\u00e4rung unber\u00fchrt. Auf dem Classic-Ford-Event-NRW werden Bild und\/oder Tonaufnahmen gemacht. Mit dem Betreten und\/oder einfahren auf das Veranstaltungsgel\u00e4nde erkl\u00e4ren sich Besucher und\/oder Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dass Bild und\/oder Tonaufnahmen von ihnen und\/oder ihren Fahrzeugen gemacht werden und eventuell ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden k\u00f6nnten.
