\"\"<\/a>Dieser Golf wurde im Jahr 1981 in der eher zahmen Standardvariante mit 70PS Motor und LS Ausstattung von seinem Erstbesitzer geordert. Lange Jahre tat er seinen treuen Dienst bis im Jahr 1993 Mark das Auto vom Freund einer Arbeitskollegin kaufte.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Damals war er frisch lackiert, hatte ein 60mm Fahrwerk und 7×13 ATS-Felgen verbaut, besass bereits 2 Sparco Schalensitze und eine neue Weber Doppelvergaseranlage, aufgebaut von der Fa. Nothelle. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war der Motor bereits durch eine 1,8l\/90PS Variante aus einem Golf 2 getauscht worden. So fuhr er ein 1 oder 2 Jahre im Alltag rum, aber irgendwann kam der Entschlu\u00df mehr Leistung rauszuholen.<\/p>\n

Mark und sein Vater, er fuhr in den 80ern schon Slalomrennen im 1er GTI, haben dann angefangen den Motor zu modifizieren und neu aufzubauen. Mit Nockenwelle, Kopfbearbeitung und F\u00e4cherkr\u00fcmmer inkl. Gruppe „A“ Auspuff wurden aus den anf\u00e4nglich gesch\u00e4tzten 100PS schon 135PS aus 1,8l. F\u00fcr damalige Verh\u00e4ltnisse war das schon eine Ansage.<\/p>\n

Es gab aber auch diverse R\u00fcckschl\u00e4ge, die er aus heutiger Sicht unter „Lehrgeld“ abhakt. Darunter war vom Lagerschaden, Kolbenklemmer bis zum Vergaserbrand alles dabei. Viel Flei\u00df, Tr\u00e4nen und Best\u00e4ndigkeit lie\u00dfen ihn aber immer an diesem Wagen festhalten. So landete er in der letzten Ausbaustufe Ende der 90er bei guten 180PS mit b\u00f6ser Nockenwelle, hoher Verdichtung, abgedrehter Kurbelwelle usw. Gerade beim Sprint brauchte er damals nicht viel zu f\u00fcrchten, das Ding ging wie eine Bodenrakete.<\/p>\n

In dieser Konfiguration besuchte er viele Treffen wie Baarlo in Holland, GTI-Meeting in Drachten, VW-Forum Castrop, dem VW-Treffen Neuwied usw. Sogar in eine internationale Zeitung („The Golf“ aus England) hat er es zum Auto des Monats M\u00e4rz 2000 gebracht inkl. Troph\u00e4e, die er nat\u00fcrlich heute noch stolz in der Vitrine hat. Irgendwann wurde es ruhiger, Mark wurde \u00e4lter, Familie kam, Jobwechsel aber der Golf blieb, auch wenn er nicht mehr ganz so h\u00e4ufig genutzt wurde.<\/p>\n

Aber ab und an musste er bei einem Beschleunigungsrennen oder einer Runde auf der Nordschleife innerhalb der Touristenfahrten beweisen was in ihm steckt. Dabei hat er sein „Ringtool“ kontinuerlich rundum verbessert. Wenn auch nicht mehr so intensiv wie fr\u00fcher, aber weitaus \u00fcberlegter, weil auch die M\u00f6glichkeiten und F\u00e4higkeiten immer besser wurden. Bei einem Tuning-Treffen unter Golf 1 Freunden ist ihm dann 2011 die Kurbelwelle bei 8.200 U\/min. im 3. Gang gebrochen. Der Motor war wohl nach 10 Jahren Laufzeit und Belastung wohl an seinem Ende angekommen und verabschiedete sich mit einem spektakul\u00e4ren Knall und kapitalem Motorschaden aus dem Leben.<\/p>\n

Resultat war ein faustgro\u00dfes Loch im Block und \u00d6lwanne, alle Pleuel und Ventile krumm, Kurbelwelle in 3 Teile gebrochen. Nat\u00fcrlich wollte Mark den Wagen erhalten und zumindest wieder fahrbar machen und entschied sich f\u00fcr einen erneuten Motoraufbau. Gleiches Konzept, aber mehr oder weniger Low Budget. Deshalb gab es einen g\u00fcnstigen 2,0l Umbau aus einem Passat mit dem alten Kopf, inkl. gr\u00fcndlicher \u00dcberholung und neuer Ventile. Der Weber-Vergaser und die Nockenwelle blieben nat\u00fcrlich.<\/p>\n

So leistet der Motor nun auch wieder 180PS, allerdings schon 1.000 U\/min. fr\u00fcher. Er dreht jetzt nur noch 7.300 U\/min. und hat bereits ab 3.000 Touren gut Kraft, trotz Welle mit \u00fcber 300 Grad, ein Langhuber also. Seit 2011 wird der Wagen nun so bewegt. 2015 wurde der Golf komplett in der Halle in das heutige J\u00e4germeister-Design umlackiert. Inkl. der Aufkleber hat Mark auch dies selber erledigt. Und noch heute fliessen immer noch die eine oder andere neue Idee mit ein.<\/p>\n

Heute ist er einfach nur noch eine Oldie-Ikone der 90er im Race-Style, die Mark erhalten m\u00f6chte und somit hat er seinen Ruhestand mit nur noch gelegentlichen Ausfahrten mehr als verdient…<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Front:<\/strong><\/span> An der Front fallen sofort die gelben Scheinwerfer und der modifizierte GTI-Spoiler ins Auge, der Einl\u00e4sse zur K\u00fchlung der 239mm GTI-Bremsanlage hat.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Motor:<\/strong><\/span> Der 2,0L OHC 8-Ventil Motor leistet ca. 180 PS. M\u00f6glich macht dies der plangeschliffene (DX-) Zylinderkopf mit bearbeiteten Kan\u00e4len, einer Schrick Nockenwelle jenseits der 300 Grad und der 45er DCOE Weber Doppelvergaser. Desweiteren kommt eine Transistor Z\u00fcndung und ein 4 in 1 F\u00e4cherkr\u00fcmmer zum Einsatz. Damit der heisse Motor einen k\u00fchlen Kopf beh\u00e4lt gibt es noch einen 13 reihigen \u00d6lk\u00fchler an der Front.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Dieses Fahrzeug soll ein Hommage an eine glorreiche Rennsportepoche darstellen. Viele Ver\u00e4nderungen wurden im Stile eines klassischen Renntourenwagens aus dem Bereich Slalom oder Bergrennen umgesetzt.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Leichte Kotfl\u00fcgel aus Glasfaserkunststoff (GFK) sorgen f\u00fcr ein verbessertes Leistungsgewicht.<\/p>\n
