\"\"<\/a>Eine TA22 Celica ist f\u00fcr mich eines der sch\u00f6nsten Fahrzeuge der JDM-Szene. Umso erfreuter war ich, als ich die Gelegenheit erhielt die `72er von Daniel abzulichten. So trafen wir uns an einem der ersten sonnigen Tag im April um ein paar Bilder zu machen.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Alle meine treuen Leser d\u00fcrften Daniel bereits vom Artikel \u00fcber seine Nissan Silvia S12<\/a> kennen und auch hier zeigt er uns wieder ein atemberaubendes Auto aus seinem Besitz. Die Toyota Celica TA22 wurde im Herbst 1971 eingef\u00fchrt und war das erste Modell einer ganzen Reihe Coupes von Toyota. Der Stil zeigt sich, wie bei vielen Japanern aus der Zeit, deutlich amerikanisch. Kein Wunder, denn ein sehr gro\u00dfer Anteil der in der Pr\u00e4fektur Tahara, Aichi produzierten Fahrzeuge gingen in die USA.<\/p>\n

Daniels Celica ist im Laufe der der Zeit bereits zweimal neu aufgebaut worden und wurde zuletzt in der Farbe Montego-Schwarzmetallic lackiert. Nebenbei wurde der Motor auch moderat leistungsgesteigert. Seine 86PS stemmen nun etwa 100 PS auf die Hinterachse. Nat\u00fcrlich nutzt er diesen Wagen nur noch bei sch\u00f6nen Wetter um ein bischen zu cruisen oder um Japaner-Treffen zu besuchen.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Front:<\/strong><\/span> Vier Scheinwerfer und der nach oben gezogene Sto\u00dff\u00e4nger zeugen vom amerikanischen Look dieses Japan Coupes.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Daniel verbaute zus\u00e4tzliche Standlichtleuchten in den Blinkern. Die Abdeckungen der inneren Fernscheinwerfern wurden von Daniels Mutter selbst gen\u00e4ht.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Exterieur:<\/strong><\/span> Die Farbe nennt sich Montego-Schwarzmetallic und stammt von Porsche, s\u00e4mtliche Chromteile wie Sto\u00dfstangen und Zierleisten wurden erst gesandstrahlt und dann ebenfalls in Wagenfarbe lackiert,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Motor:<\/strong><\/span> 1,6l Vierzylinder mit 40er Weber Doppelvergaser, Eigenbau-Ansaugbr\u00fccke, Alu-Wasserk\u00fchler. Alu Wasserk\u00fchler. Leistung derzeit ca. 100 PS (Serie: 86 PS), Domstrebe,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Felgen & Fahrwerk:<\/strong><\/span> Atiwe 7×13″ ET03, poliertes Bett und schwarz lackierter Stern mit Yokohama Reifen in 215\/50 13, das Fahrwerk ist ein Bilstein 110mm.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Interieur:<\/strong><\/span> Holzsportlenkrad und die mit Holz umrandeten Instrumente sorgen f\u00fcr den Hauch Luxus. Desweiteren wurden ein Alu-Schaltknauf, sowie D&W Schalensitze mit schwarzen Schroth-Gurten eingebaut, Armaturenbrett und Hutablage wurden zus\u00e4tzlich mit Leder bezogen,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Eine Erinnerung an Daniels verstorbenen Bruder wurde auf dem Handschuhfach angebracht. Ihm hat dieser Wagen mal geh\u00f6rt und Daniel kaufte ihn vom damaligen K\u00e4ufer zur\u00fcck und baute ihn danach wieder auf.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Heck:<\/strong><\/span> Der Kofferraumdeckel wurde gecleant, das heisst von Emblemen und Schlo\u00df befreit,<\/p>\n
