\"\"<\/a>Maria, kurz auch Mia heisst die stolze Besitzerin dieses sch\u00f6nen Ford Escort MK2. Mia ist auch die Freundin von Jimi, dessen Namen hier schon des \u00f6fteren in meinen Fahrzeugvorstellungen aufgetaucht ist. Jimi hatte seinerzeit ein sch\u00f6nes Auto mit Automatik f\u00fcr Mia gesucht, da sie aufgrunde ihrer Knieprotese ihren geliebten VW Lupo nicht mehr fahren konnte.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Und so fand er diesen gut erhaltenen Escort MK2 bei Ebay-Kleinanzeigen mit originalem Lack, Motor und Innenausstattung und nur 55.000 km auf der Uhr. Einzig die vorderen Kotfl\u00fcgel sind wohl nicht mehr die Originalen. Da es auch ein seltener Automatik war, wurde nicht mehr lange \u00fcberlegt: dies war das ideale Auto f\u00fcr Mia um sie wieder gl\u00fccklich zu sehen.<\/p>\n

Bei der ersten Besichtigung war das Auto absolut perfekt, es war kaum zu fassen in welchem Zustand der Escort f\u00fcr sein Alter war. Da gab es nicht viel Spielraum f\u00fcr Nachverhandlungen. Aber man wurde sich letztlich doch handelseinig und nahm stolz das neue alte Auto mit nach Hause.<\/p>\n

Original war er ja schon sch\u00f6n, aber sie wollten ihm noch einen sportlichen, klassischen Look geben. So kamen ein paar Allycat-Felgen, eine Tieferlegung und ein sch\u00f6nes Sportlenkrad auf den Einkaufszettel. Mit diesen Optionen wirkte dieser Escort gleich noch sportlicher und ich denke, es ist eine wahrliche Sch\u00f6nheit geworden. Die Beiden k\u00f6nnen sehr stolz auf ihren Essi sein.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Front:<\/strong><\/span> Die eher schlichte Front der GL-Ausstattung steht ihm einfach gut.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Die Farbe ist Ford Inkagold-Metallic und ist gr\u00f6sstenteils immer noch Erstlack.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Motor:<\/strong><\/span> Da der Motor in einem sehr guten Zustand war blieb er bisher original. Evtl. ist irgendwann mal ein Umbau auf 2.0l geplant.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Die Farbe der Felgen entspricht nahezu dem Originallack des Autos.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Felgen & Fahrwerk:<\/strong><\/span> Das Fahrwerk ist von Timms Autoteile mit Bilstein-D\u00e4mpfern vorn und einer Tieferlegung f\u00fcr die Hinterachse. Dazu kamen Allycat Felgen in 7×13 mit Reifen in der Dimension 175\/50 R13.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Interieur:<\/strong><\/span> Holz-Sportlenkrad und Retro-Radio fallen im Inneraum auf. Alles Andere war vom Zustand so gut, dass nichts ge\u00e4ndert werden musste.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Heck:<\/strong><\/span> Dezent und doch sportlich gibt sich die Heckansicht des Escorts der zweiten Generation.<\/p>\n
